These circuits between vineyards are developed in the departments of Luján de Cuyo and Maipú.

We will make contact with the culture of work in the hands of immigrants who, using irrigation techniques (canals and ditches) inherited from the ancient aborigines, the Huarpes, managed to transform the desert soil into a great productive oasis.

It is the scene of the settlement of prestigious wineries, which have positioned Argentina as a privileged producer at the international level due to the quality of their products. We will visit two wine establishments, on the one hand of the traditional method and on the other of industrial production and incorporation of the latest technology, where accompanied by winery guides or oenology experts, they will show us the winemaking methods and the production, bottling and labeling processes. of the wines.

After tasting, we will also visit an olive oil factory and the Carrodilla church, patron saint of the vineyards.
