Stand-up paddle surfing (SUP) is a form of gliding in which the rider uses a paddle to move through the water while standing on a surfboard.
A bit of history: This starts in the 1960s when the beach boys (surf instructors) on Waikiki beach used their longboards and canoe paddles to assist tourists in learning how to surf. SUP You can row in the open sea, in ports, in lakes, rivers or any large body of water, which allows us to enjoy different landscapes and different statuses of the aquatic environment.
Advantages: Angle of visibility, due to the height and bipedal position on the water. Both the bottom and the entire water surface can be seen. It can be practised by all kinds of people, from early ages to older ones.
Half-day excursion, 1 and ½ navigation through the Potrerillos Dam
