First thing in the morning, bordering the Mendoza River, we will obtain majestic views of the Cordón del Plata mountain range and the Potrerillos Dam, a colossal hydraulic work to generate energy and distribute water for irrigation.
Our next visit will be Uspallata, a pre-Hispanic settlement of Huarpes aborigines and the southernmost point of the Inca Empire, as far as the Inca Trail from Peru.
Later visit to the towns of Picheuta, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the Los Penitentes ski resort. Free time to use the chairlift that allows us to enjoy beautiful panoramic views.
Later, on the shores of our route, we will find the Puente del Inca, a natural architectural work with springs of thermal waters.
Continuing our course and at 2,750 meters above sea level, the viewpoint of Cerro Aconcagua, the colossus of America of 6,962 meters, from where you can access the Laguna Horcones and the Aconcagua Provincial Park. (SUMMER).
Following the international route we will arrive at our last destination, the European-style village of Las Cuevas located at 3,200 m.a.s.l. Between Las Cuevas and the international tunnel, there is the route that allows you to ascend to the Cristo Redentor Monument (SUMMER), located at 4,200 meters above sea level, which symbolizes the union between Argentines and Chileans.
